Computer running slow? Won't boot? Infected with a virus? We can help get your computer working again! You can be assured that our skilled technicians can get you back up and running again in no time. We will make an assessment of the problem and estimate the time taken to resolve. In some cases it may be more cost-effective to backup your documents and settings, and reinstall the operating system to ensure a clean, fast, working system. Our standard service is drop-off and pick-up, i.e. you bring the computer to us for repair, then collect when the system is ready. For an additional charge of £10 we can collect, repair and return your computer to you anywhere in Coventry. Some of the more common issues listed below have a fixed price of £30 (£40 for collect and return): Virus removal and/or Windows reinstallation Ubuntu Linux installation Office Suite installation (Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Presentation) Hardware upgrades/installation For our fixed-price services we operate on a no-fix, no-fee basis. If you're not happy, we're not happy! For other services please contact us for an estimate. If you require an on-site service, our charges are £30 for callout including the first hour, and £15 for each hour thereafter. As well as award winning service we also recycle computer hardware/ Office PC's, outdated servers, laser printers, dot matrix, ink jet or anything you need to get rid of to make space.
